Pool parties do not include a lifeguard; only a pool attendant will be present. If any children are non-swimmers or require assistance, the party host and/or parents must remain in the pool with them at all times.

A maximum of 30 children is permitted per party. There must be at least one supervising adult for every four children around the pool at all times.

All food and beverages will be provided by the Deer House Pub. Outside food is only allowed with prior written approval from the Holiday Park Manager and, if permitted, remains the responsibility of the party host.

Pool staff reserve the right to cancel or postpone a party if necessary. If the group chooses not to reschedule, a full refund will be offered.

All pool party bookings must be made at least one week in advance of the event date.

The party host is responsible for ensuring all guests are aware of and follow pool rules and regulations. Failure to comply may result in the party being terminated without refund.

The party host must remain in the pool area for the entire duration of the event and is responsible for the behaviour of all guests.

All parties must be appropriately supervised. A minimum of one adult per four children under the age of 12 is required.

Parties are limited to one hour in the pool, with start times from 9:00am (subject to availability). After the swim, guests will move to the Deer House Pub for food and gift giving.

All guests are required to shower before and after using the pool.

Pool attendants reserve the right to close the pool during thunder or lightning. In such cases, the pool must remain closed for at least 30 minutes after the last occurrence.

Exclusivity is subject to availability based on no additional bookings during the hour period.
